Dr. Thomas-Mohamed is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, the oldest daughter of working class parents. She completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Family Medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She has been board certified in Family Medicine since 2007. Dr. Thomas-Mohamed has experience in a variety of practice settings, including primary care, geriatrics, and urgent care. She believes in providing compassionate, thorough care for every patient and has an interest in primary care for women. Dr. Thomas-Mohamed relocated to Montgomery County in 2011 and lives in the area with her husband and daughter. She enjoys hiking, yoga, and culinary arts.
